All Exchanges and Returns must be in the same condition as you received them from us. Exchanges and returns for online orders can also be done at the Shop. We will happily then ship the exchanges back to you at no extra charge. The onus is on the customer to get them back to us. For any product issues, questions or concerns please contact us via email and Fish does not provide return labels for Exchanges or Returns.
